APPRENTICESHIP FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

To Train efficiently to the degree of competence ordinarily expected of journeyman, the proper number of persons to meet the needs of industry for skilled workers.
The training that an apprentice receives must be broad and include all the skills information and attitudes expected in a well-qualified Journeyman. This requires employment and training in all phases of the craft, and instruction in the technical information that is required to do the various jobs, or that is necessary in order to understand fully and to appreciate each operation and process.
