Organizing

The organizing dept since it’s formation in May 2002 has been very successful in organizing unrepresented workers of northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.

Chris Kolbe and Phil Gluza are currently at the fore front to educate those not affiliated with a union. We have been entrusted to spread the message of the union difference.  What can a union offer me as an employer?  What can the union offer me as an employee?  You would be surprised to see the union difference.  Give us the chance to discuss in further what this union can do for your business and your career.  As I said before, you will be surprised to see the union difference.

Whether your business is residential or commercial we have you covered.
